Survey findings, industry figures or an analyst who can explain the numbers behind your story.

How it works

From request to source, before your deadline

  1. 1

    Post what you need

One line on who you're looking for, a few sentences of detail and your deadline. About two minutes, with no account or password.

  2. 2

We check it and send it out

Each request is checked and tagged by topic and region, then sent to PR professionals, specialists and businesses who cover it, by email and Slack.

  3. 3

    Replies come to you privately

Responses arrive in your own private tracker, where you can shortlist, decline or mark them contacted. Close the request once you're sourced and the pitches stop.

Why post here

Built around how journalists actually work

Free, now and later
Posting requests and receiving responses costs journalists nothing. Members pay; you don't.
Your contact details stay private
No public page ever shows how to reach you. With the private tracker, members never see your email at all.
Deadline-aware
Requests stop going out when your deadline passes, and you can move the deadline or close the request at any time.
One place for every reply
No inbox flood or DM pile-up. Every response sits next to the request it answers, together with how far your request reached.
Checked, genuine requests only
Every request is checked before it goes out, which keeps the feed worth reading and makes PR teams quicker to respond.
Works alongside #JournoRequest
We already pick up #JournoRequest posts on Bluesky and X. Posting here adds the private tracker, deadline control and replies that don't fill your DMs.

Questions journalists ask

Is it really free for journalists?

Yes. Posting requests, receiving responses and using your private tracker are free. The service is paid for by the PR teams and businesses who receive the requests.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You give your work email and we send you one private link to confirm the request. That link is also your tracker. If you post again, a sign-in link by email shows all your requests together, with no password.

Who will see my request, and who sees my contact details?

Your request goes to members whose topics and regions match, and to the live feed for signed-in members. Public share pages show what you need but never how to contact you. If you choose the private tracker, members never see your email address; if you choose email, signed-in members do.

Who responds?

PR professionals and agencies, in-house communications teams, specialists such as solicitors, accountants and clinicians, and founders and small-business owners who can speak from experience.

How quickly does it go out?

Usually within a couple of minutes of posting. Your first request is checked by our team before it goes live, usually within minutes; after that your requests go straight out.

Can freelancers post?

Yes. Put the outlet you're writing for, or “freelance” with the publications you write for, in the outlet field.

What happens when I've found my source?

Close the request from your tracker as “sourced” and it stops reaching members. You can reopen it, or reuse it as a template for your next story.
